new neat feature added to commenting program.

Now you can disable/enable commenting on a specific post.

So, all you people won’t be able to comment on this post. The link will be there, but you won’t be able to comment.

Only the person whom the page belongs to can comment, if they are logged in.

“mumbai ka king koun?” 🙂

It’s official, I’m putting work on TagBox on hold.
I’m officially going to attempt to make my own blogger program…
with smilies inshallah…
I may not have human contact for days…

I made a thing on the side of the page, where people can leave an instant message. I’m calling it TagBox.

Currently I don’t have a hosting service that would allow me to make my programs public (ie letting people sign up to use the programs) because I simply can’t handle the bandwidth if that were to happen.
But hopefully over the summer I’ll think of something inshallah.

Over the past few days I learnt PHP and SQL statements and I created my commenting program using those technologies, the programming was easier, and editing is also easier and faster…
I have made a signups page, but I don’t know whether I should setup an internet commenting service just yet…

I started to look at PHP and mySQL today, seems like a pretty powerful combination. Only if I could find a free host that serves mySQL and PHP without ads… hah…
But inshallah I’ll find someway…
I’d like to make my comments program using mySQL, either with CGI or PHP…
it’ll be much faster and easier…

The Prime Minister has now introduced an ethics code. This is sad. Ethics codes have to be issued, our politicians don’t have the brains to be ethical without having a book issued by the leader of the party telling them how to act.
Shouldn’t politicians be ethical regardless of whether the “code” is there or not?
